What is offensive?

The following is an excerpt from "Obama denies deliberate leaks"by Anne Gearan,
Associated Press

"WASHINGTON - President Obama denied Friday that the White House had deliberately leaked classified national security information that is flattering to him in this election year, calling such allegations "offensive" and "wrong." He promised investigations into the source of leaks about U.S. involvement in cyberattacks on Iran and drone strikes on suspected terrorists.
"The notion that my White House would purposely release classified national security information is offensive," Obama said during a White House news conference. "It's wrong.""

Responding to Mr.President, former Presidential nominee and Senator Mr.McCain shot back...

And they will continue.
Back and forth, back and forth until the elections are over, the balloons and confetti will have glistened the arenas and all will be well...For another 4 years. Minus a few sex, spending and twitter scandals.

Don't get me wrong.
National security and intelligence are essential to this and every country.
I get it.
But do you know what I find offensive Mr.President and Senator McCain?

This:

Even more offensive?

That new laws are constantly trying to be pushed to strip away a woman's right to choose...

That woman still earn less than men...http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1983185,00.html

That PAID maternity/paternity benefits are non-existent in this country (please do not confuse this with the FMLA act)which not only puts families in financial strain but impact their emotional and psychological being as well.

In my opinion, which is a socialist one I warn you, These benefits help EVERYONE.
Including the economy.

Women, no matter what their employment, are expected to work until they..well..pop.
These include nurses, teachers, behavior interventionists, waitresses, and bus drivers.
To name a few.
One does not need to be an MD to understand that stress, exposure to diseases and viruses and physical harm can have a negative impact on mummy and baby.
I am no medical expert but having been in this mummy world for a while now I can 100% attest that more stress=more medical issues=more medical bills=more stress=having to work more to make more money=less time to spend with family=more stress again=on and on and on...
Stressed and sick people won't make the economy go round, now will they?
Then they are pretty much expected to come back within 12 (unpaid) weeks (if the company has 50 or more employees) and pay between 75-100% of their salaries on daycare.
During this 12 weeks, a mummy needs to have mastered breastfeeding, a sleep schedule and adjusted to her new role of nurturer.
Oh righhhttt...
Starting a family is a choice.
So now it's ok for me, a woman to choose?
Hmmm.
Sounds like some want their cake and eat it too.

Perhaps the most offensive is that the maternity/paternity benefits doesn't even seem to be much of a political issue, why is that?
Mamas...
If we are waiting for white upper class men to fight for this cause, we are doomed.
As a matter of fact, they might be eating their cake at the country club as we speak.
