Tucking Mama in...

Update: October's bucket is almost full of z'ssss....Have been going to bed earlier but not quite there yet.
I have started reading again before bed (picked up Elizabeth Gilbert's "Commited" from my book basket...Thanks Amy ;) but with the boys being sick this week, it's been anything but easy to KEEP them in their beds...The entire night.


Been searching online for tips and suggestions for fighting insomnia and apart from nixing caffeine and turning off all electronics, I haven't found a breakthrough just yet...

Then I remembered a "magic" product I used when the twins were small to help me relax...


EUREKA!

Let's recap shall we?

1) Kick the nap addiction
2) No caffeinated drinks or foods...
3) Turn off the tv and the internet..
4) Indulge in some much needed bath therapy...
5) Read...

Note: This might sound extremely silly to blog about sleep...But only when you lost it for 4 years can one really appreciate a good night sleep.
